To make the Award-winning HDL Annual Report for 2023, we decided on a strategic and detailed approach. At Birgunj, we started by taking photos that were of high quality and that were central to our report. Later, we did another shoot in Kathmandu which majored on the management team so as to represent the company comprehensively and attractively.
Moreover, embossing was chosen on the cover page as part of design principles aimed at giving it an elegant appeal. Thus, this option ensured that the presentation matched the content and quality of design of the report.
The content writing team played a crucial role in developing narratives that were captivating and insightful while maintaining cohesiveness with visual elements to produce an attractive publication. The outstanding Annual Report for HDL is made up each aspect such as designing, embossing or even content development among other which sets new standards in excellence and professionalism.

O B J E C T I V E

Primary objective is to come up with futuristic theme and concept to carry the bank’s vision and creatively portray it in an annual report. Produce a professional, sophisticated and corporate document with a best quality printing and publishing.

G U I D E L I N E S

Bank has provided its corporate brand guidelines along with content support. However, the major responsibility has to be taken by agency to guide through the right process in producing reasonable content.

Communication Strategy:

The 2023 HDL Annual Report came with a communication strategy that was intended to be: Sound, Comprehensive and Focus on Relevance. Using a mix of high-impact visuals from focused photoshoots and improved design elements, we were able to compile an eye-catching annual report. Careful considerations were made in designing the content to reflect HDL’s accomplishments, direction as a leading research and diagnostic facility and also highlight our dedication for quality through strategic messaging. The objective was to educate the stakeholders and strengthen HDL as a market leader.

Creative Strategy:

Creative strategy of the HDL Annual Report 2023 was developed to apply a unique combination of art and messaging to captivate the audience. The report planning included utilizing vibrant high-quality pictures and creative design. Special graphic elements and common narrative were integrated to showcase HDL’s victories and strategic goals in a novel way. This custom approach should make the report exciting and visually outstanding, landscaping it among others, to transmit HDL vision halfway through the year and beyond.

Printing:

For the HDL Annual Report 2023, we focused on an exemplary print quality and precise finishing to make sure that it looks good in your hands and was also durable. Perhaps the bold images and life-like colors from high-resolution scans that were prominently featured throughout the report can attest to our meticulous nature. Every page writing technique to define the actual looks and material was printed with care using strict QC standards of reliability producing clear-wearing wavelength.
