Raj Shrestha

Chief Executive & Creative Director

Raj Shrestha is the Founder and the Chief Executive of TheSquare Design Communication Pvt. Ltd. Under his leadership, the company has served more than a decade. He oversees the company’s team building activities. His incessant hard work and vision towards organization’s growth and opportunities to level up with international creative arena, is commendable.

More than 18 years of advocating in the graphic design and advertising industry developing creative marketing solutions for many businesses to grow within and outside the country. He is also serving as Senior Creative Consultant for promotional campaigns for a company based in Germany, called Tönsmann, since 2006. He has got a remarkable history of learning with team and strong contribution on establishing one of the most successful design and media house in Nepal like ECS Media.

Executive MBA graduate receiving Dean List Award from Pokhara University and Best Business Development Plan (BDP) Award winner, Mr. Shrestha has sound theoretical base on brand building and brand management backed by almost two decades of experience in full service advertising industry in Nepal.

In the past, he has come up with the award-winning designs for publications of different corporate houses. He is a creative & constructive thinker at his work. To this end, Raj also holds a good public relationship in the field of marketing communication in a true sense with his profound effort.

Swostika Karmacharya

Business & Finance Director

With about a decade of experience in public relations, Swostika has invented herself in many different perspectives of life. She knows exactly how to win heart of the customers. Her charming presence is always a good luck for everyone she meets.

With the considerable product knowledge she deals with customers and maintains good public relations. She is an essential team member to the company by providing her suggestions at the right time and developing friendly relationship with customers.

Sanjeev Karmacharya

Digital Media Director

Sanjeev Karmacharya is a delightful person with divergent knowledge and vision of ever-changing digital market. Krishna Shrestha

HOD – Creative & Art

Krishna Shrestha is a gifted extraordinaire. He loves pouring his creativity and passionately makes them come to life at his desk. Developed himself as senior graphic designer and visualizer with his skills where he succeeds in those famous problem-solving abilities. He has been playing a lead role on projects and supervises the intermediate and junior designers in creating concepts, layouts and final artwork. Krishna is an indispensable team member who is skilful in talking briefs and has a more client liaison experience. He has a high level of proficiency in his design with all his efforts. His politeness makes client ease to work with him. He keeps himself busy in his work and love doing his job everyday.

Suraj Shrestha

HOD – Studio, Production & Media

A good learner and problem fixer character in the company is Suraj. He makes sure everything runs well as it should, whether in creative studio or media & production. He takes care of the most to make each and every customer happy ensuring his team’s innovative ideas, upgrading the production quality & meeting deadlines. Suraj with his on-going experience implements systems for improving workflow to the studio and around. His in-born leadership quality motivates his subordinates and provides confidence to the seniors on what he does the best.

Being a professional guitarist, his love of music and taste of true creativity, Suraj plays vital role on organization’s growth developing dynamic ideas and strong team building exercise.

Bikki Maharjan

Sr. Graphic Designer

Bikki is a man with magic hand and artistic brain. As he starts with something, always comes up with magically beautiful designs. His strong understanding of design and the process required doing it, is commendable. His hard working nature always brings the best in him. He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts and Graphic Design with an ability to bring something new to the table in every creative brainstorming.

He has involved in producing graphic design, advertising or visual communication work for a wide range of clients. His dedication and efficiency in work brings out the best relation with the client and pleasant to work with him.

Shyam Bhandari
